This is what we had last weekend. Mrs.Bond came up with the recipe, and she was adventurous enough to try it out and it came out really well. We got some fresh pompheret from the Sharq fish market and she marinated the fish with black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste and salt. The fish was put on the grill after 4hours of marination. The grilling time was around 10-20 mins. The grilled fish was garnished with stir fried vegetables , fresh lettuce and cucumber.The final result was awesome. Easy to cook and healthy too.
Mrs.Bond didn’t become an expert cook overnight. She has been experimenting with her cooking and i had surrendered meekly as a live guinea pig to all her cooking adventures. But after all the trial and errors, now I can proudly say that she has become more than a perfect cook. Now this is the latest recipe she tried out and it came out really nice. Here goes the recipes.
- Sausages-3 to 4
- Parsley leaves-for garnishing
- Tomato sauce-1tbsp
- Oyster sauce-1/2 tbsp
- Chilli sauce-1/2 tbsp
- Pepper powder -to taste
- Salt-to taste
Mix tomato sauce,oyster sauce,chilli sauce pepper powder and salt in a small bowl and keep it aside.
Slice the sausages as thin pieces. Then heat oil in a pan,add the onions,saute it till it becomes transparent.Add the capsicum once it becomes cooked; add sausages and shallow fry it. Add the sauce and stir it until it becomes dry.Turn off the gas.Transfer it to dish and garnish it with fresh parsley. The dish is ready by now, you can have this with khuboos or chapati.An ideal quick dinner recipe for all!!!
Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes.
