Dinner2 Mrs.Bond didn’t become an expert cook overnight. She has been experimenting with her cooking and i had surrendered meekly as a live guinea pig to all her cooking adventures. But after all the trial and errors, now I can proudly say that she has become more than a perfect cook.  Now this is the latest recipe she tried out and it came out really nice.  Here goes the recipes.

  • Maida(all purpose flour) – 1 1/2 cup.
  • Egg- 1 no.
  • Youghurt- 1 tablespoon.
  • Sugar-1 tablespoon.
  • Oil–1 tablespoon.
  • Salt – as per taste.
  • Water –2 tablespoon.

Mix all the ingredients, knead the dough really well. Keep it for some time. Make balls of the required sizes and roll them into shape of the naan(which is more or less oval shaped). Deep fry in Oil or you can fry in on the non stick chappathi tawa, this is ideal if you don’t want to have oily naan.
