If you are looking for a Kuwaiti Heritage eat out, then Freej Soeleh is the place to be in. Located in Salem Mubarak Street, Salmiya, this place gives you a traditional ambiance. The waiters and waitresses are dressed in the traditional Kuwaiti way. The food is also pretty good. Excuse for the lack of pictures, since we were not equipped that day. This  visit happened a long time back. It was crowded that day, so if you are planning to go make sure you go early or reserve your place.

We tried the Prawns Murabiyan and the Kabbab. It turned out to be really good. They have a live counter where one guy is making the traditional khuboos and one guy is serving Gahwa and some Kuwaiti sweets. The crowd seemed to be mostly Kuwaitis. The prices are reasonable. It’s really a good place to try out.
